Tech Lawyer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Own the legal side of an AI platform that operates across countries: contracts, data protection and terms of use. Work with product and sales so we can move fast without unnecessary risk.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Draft and negotiate contracts with customers, partners and vendors (SaaS, DPA, SLA)
• Keep the terms of use and the privacy and cookie policies up to date
• Ensure data protection compliance (GDPR and local laws)
• Advise product on responsible AI use and customer data
• Manage intellectual property, trademarks and corporate matters

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years in tech, corporate or data law
• Experience with SaaS contracts and personal data protection
• English C1+ to negotiate and draft contracts
• Practical judgment: you explain risk in plain language and propose solutions

NICE TO HAVE

Plus: startup or AI company experience · familiar with AI regulation (EU AI Act) · has worked with US and LatAm jurisdictions
