ABOUT THE ROLE

You build the flows and agents that power the platform. You design new nodes, improve the RAG, optimize inference costs and keep agent response quality high in production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Design and implement new nodes in the flow engine (transforms, actions, AI integrations)
  • Improve the RAG: embeddings, reranking, chunking, quality evaluation
  • Optimize inference costs: caching, model routing, batching
  • Build tools and prompts for production agents
  • Maintain observability: quality metrics, hallucinations, latency
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • 3+ years building with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Solid TypeScript / Python · APIs · SQL
  • Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
  • Technical English C1+ to read docs and join code reviews
NICE TO HAVE

Plus: agent frameworks (tool calling, multi-step), streaming, fine-tuning, eval frameworks · AI open source contributions · uses Claude Code/Cursor daily

  • Close deals with qualified leads handed off by the SDR
  • Demo the builder, flows and agents live
  • Keep pipeline clean and forecast reliable in HubSpot
  • Work with product and support to onboard new customers
  • Bring market feedback back to the product team
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • Bilingual English C1+ (written and spoken)
  • 2-4 years closing B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable demoing technical products live
  • Hands-on with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar

  • Qualify leads (BANT, MEDDIC) and hand them off with full context
  • Iterate messaging with A/B testing and AE feedback
  • Keep pipeline clean in HubSpot

  • Bilingual English C1+ (written and spoken)
  • 1-2 years of outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Daily discipline (50+ touches/day)
